Asterisk Video AMR Patch for Asterisk 1.6

Ivelin Ivanov has released a patch porting the AMR video code from Asterisk 1.4 to Asterisk 1.6, here's his note from the mailing list:

Hello to all,

I attached a patch that I ported from the AMR patch for asterisk 1.4 that can be found on Fontventa's SVN.
(svn checkout http://sip.fontventa.com/svn/asterisk/ fontventa)
It should be replacement of "amr-asterisk-patch.txt" file in "amr" directory.

Applied and complied without any issues to asterisk-1.6-beta9.
As I am very unskilled in C , please consider this a hack and I hope that I saved some keystroke to you guys.
