I live in Europe, and I can tell you I love Voip. Local, and also use US Voip since I have a lot of people to stay in touch oversees. Just a quick remark... Landlines here in Central Europe are good for fast internet connection. Besides, it doesn` really matter today if the business is using cellphone numbers or not.
